Jacksons at Jedburgh is open to the public, 10am - 5pm, every Saturday and Sunday from April to October, and every Thursday to Sunday throughout July and August. We also run seasonal events and experiences throughout the year. You can see what's available to book now by clicking here!

Booking is essential for every visit, and although we ask for an arrival time to manage traffic arriving at the farm (in line with our Covid-19 policy), you are welcome to stay until we close and make a real day of it in the countryside. We also strongly recommend following the directions to the farm found here.

Our Ticket Types 

Visiting the farm is easy with our online booking system, however, if there is anything you would like to let us know or ask about, we can also take bookings via telephone if you call 07553134278. Aside from the visitor attraction tickets that are for specific events or experiences.

"There's no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothes!" 

​We strongly advise that you dress appropriately for the ever-changing, Scottish weather! As a working farm, the yard and the paddocks could be wet and muddy depending on what the weather has been like. We are an outdoor, all-weather visitor attraction so wellies and waterproofs (with a change of clothes in the car) are recommended, especially for the kids! 

​If you are coming for the day, we recommend bringing something to eat. We have picnic benches in a designated paddock that means that none of the animals will be stealing your sandwiches! At the moment, we have a range of soft drinks, ice creams and coffee available to purchase, but we will soon be launching our own picnic menu with our new food partner, PlatterCo. We'll update our website when you are able to order ahead of a visit!
