Christmas Wreath Workshops Are Back at the farm for 2023!
I keep it no secret that Christmas is ABSOLUTELY my favourite time of year and so, unsurprisingly, hosting Festive Wreath Workshops at our farm business- Jacksons at Jedburgh - is incredibly fun and exciting for me! Wreath workshops were one of the first things I ever did to welcome visitors to our farm so they’re special to me in many ways. Beginning first as a little group of friends in the farm house kitchen, I’ve been running wreath workshops on our family farm each December since 2018. After having to take a break from workshops in 2022 after having a new baby the year before and basically burning myself out (It’s all a learning curve!) I’m thrilled to announce that my beloved Christmas wreath workshops are making a triumphant return for 2023!
Christmas wreath workshops for 2023 will take place on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd of December, so mark your calendars and get ready to embrace the festive season in style. In the past I have offered up to 10 workshops per season, but this year, I’ve decided to keep things cozy and intimate with just three workshops so if you’re keen then booking early is advised.
You'll have access to a wide variety of foliage, all foraged from the farm by myself with help from my husband Fenwick, and all the materials you need to craft a stunning winter wreath that will be the envy of your neighbours! Plus, to keep the winter chill at bay, I’ll be serving up hot drinks to keep you warm and toasty as you unleash your creative spirit.
Don’t worry if you’ve never made a wreath before - I’ll be on hand the whole way to help you re adjust, tie back feral foliage that wont stay in place and help you make the perfect ribbon bow.
Please note that while our venue is covered, it's not heated, so we recommend dressing in your coziest winter attire to make the most of this two-hour festive crafting experience.
