Just a few minutes from the town of Jedburgh a family farm is opening its doors for visitors to experience a glimpse of farming life. Farm Experience Attraction Jacksons at Jedburgh offers animal feeding, a beautiful farm walk, picnic and play areas as well as seasonal activities from lamb feeding in the spring & organised activities in the summer to pumpkin carving in the autumn

Fenwick and Jasmine Jackson run the family beef and sheep farm alongside raising their 6 children. Passionate about what they do, warm and welcoming they also offer experiences to families and groups on the farm. Open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from April to October (and more in the holidays).

With pigs, chickens, sheep, Highland cows and goats to get up close to and feed you’re not short of entertainment during your visit. The play area is a down to earth, low key, paradise that encourages peaceful and imaginative play in an idyllic location.
As authentic a farm experience as you can get without having to do a full days graft. There are all the comforts you’ll need on a day out too with modern toilets, coffee, ice creams and farm themed biscuits on sale. Just don’t forget the picnic!
